These groups are some of the foundational work of Called to Justice. Supporting non-profits, schools, universities, churches, and church organizations in their journey towards equity.

We specialize in an effective (and time tested) approach built on three phases: assessment, skill build, and implementation. Other consulting groups may offer the "parachute in and workshop" approach, but CTJ has found that the only way to affect lasting organizational culture change is by building trust and relationship.

Equity Assessment

Equity Assessments are three phase programs which help your organization assess where it's at and where it can go.

From assessment to skill building and then an implementation plan; the entire program is centered on supporting organizations as you move to centering equity.

Leadership Coaching

Sometimes it is helpful to have someone who knows the right questions to ask so you can get to your own impactful answers.

One on one or small group coaching can set you on that path.

Retreats

A facilitated retreat can help your org find your own areas of strengths and powerful expressions of your mission...in your community and the world.

Fees & Costs

All of the above are offered FREE* using our Patreon "pay it forward" model.

Your community (however you define community) pays travel/lodging costs for the CTJ facilitator and/or trainer and that's it. CTJ facilitators are available for day, days, or week long Skill Builds.
